Do you organise dog shows or trials?
It can be easier.
Soutěže psů is a web application that helps you organise shows, breed surveys and trials. From entries to finished documents — all in one place.
Create a competition
Enter the name, date and venue. The app prepares everything else.
Collect entries
Participants enter themselves through an online form. You just check.
Manage and approve
You review the entries, approve them and keep an overview of everything in one place.
Generate documents
With one click you create the catalogue, dog cards, results and confirmations.
What the app offers you
Online entries
Forget paper entry forms. Participants fill in a form on the web and you have the data at hand straight away.
Automatic e-mails
When someone enters, you get a notification. When you approve an entry, the participant gets a confirmation.
Overview and statistics
The dashboard shows how many entries you have, by class, sex and approval status.
Judge management
Add judges and assign them to groups of dogs.
Ordering dogs
Drag and drop the dogs into exactly the order in which they are to be judged.
Entering results
You enter results directly in the app — grades, placings or points for tracking, obedience and protection.
Export to Excel
Download entries and competing dogs as an XLSX file with one click.
Your own templates
Upload your own document and e-mail templates. Documents will look exactly the way you want.
Publishing results
You can publish the results and the list of entered dogs on the web for all participants to see.
GDPR and data protection
Participants give their consent to the processing of personal data right when they enter. All in line with the GDPR.
For multiple clubs
Each club has its own space. You manage only your own competitions.
Documents in one click
This is what saves you the most time. Instead of hours in a text editor, you simply click and you are done.
